Group Strategy

The Group's strategy is to provide a platform for growth for like minded and complementary people based companies operating as strong independent brands within the communications (media, publishing, advertising, and marketing) sub-sector. The overiding philosophy which binds these businesses together is that:

  • They complement the client services and sectors already held, providing minimal overlap of sector but directly related relevance for growth;
  • Service costs such as office, IT, database supply etc can be reduced;
  • Growth opportunities through the enlarged Group’s client relationships and consultant expertise allied to an increased candidate database can be realised;
  • Investment in consultant headcount is appropriate to the level of income opportunity; and
  • Constituent companies have a consistently strong reputation with their clients which will enhance the reputation of the enlarged Group.

The Group reaches out globally through the establishment of an affiliate network, enabling significant enhancement of services provided to clients and candidates.
